Haryana Unveils New Industrial Cluster Plan to Power Manufacturing & MSMEs

The move is aimed at strengthening manufacturing capacity, expanding logistics infrastructure and giving a major push to MSMEs.

State officials say the new clusters will offer plug-and-play infrastructure, smoother connectivity and investor-friendly systems, helping Haryana attract new domestic and global investments while generating large employment opportunities.

Driving a New Industrial Vision

Speaking at the recent manufacturing conclave, the state’s industry leadership underlined Haryana’s focus on innovation-led, sustainable industrial development. The upcoming clusters are being positioned as growth engines that support advanced manufacturing while remaining accessible to small and mid-sized enterprises.

The strategy complements national initiatives promoting self-reliance and domestic manufacturing, while building on Haryana’s existing industrial strength in regions such as Gurugram and Manesar.

Key Projects Taking Shape

One of the flagship developments includes a large industrial manufacturing cluster near Hisar Airport, planned over thousands of acres in partnership with the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation. The project is expected to attract high-value industries, logistics players and generate extensive employment.

Alongside this, multiple MSME-focused clusters are being rolled out across the state, offering shared facilities for training, testing and skill development. New industrial townships are also planned in several districts to ensure balanced regional growth and local job creation.

Strong Push on Connectivity

To support these developments, Haryana is accelerating investments in expressways, freight routes and logistics links, ensuring faster movement of goods and better access to markets across North India.
